The Wife likes specific spoons for specific things, so she demanded a small, extra-long handled spoon for cooking in smaller saucepans. We soon realized she was right (duh), it really works better— soup, peas, chocolate… anything you heat in small batches. Even mac&cheese never stirred so easy— altho in that particular case we would be happy with BIG batches, for the record.
